Last year, at the British Wills and Probate Awards, our founder, Simon, was crowned “Will Writing – Sole Practitioner of the Year.” Simon’s dedication to the craft and his relentless pursuit of perfection set the standard for our team, and it was an honour to see him receive the recognition he truly deserved.
Family Matters
Following our previous success, Confidence Wills experienced significant growth. Simon welcomed new members into the team, and notably, several family members joined our ranks, further solidifying the bonds that underpin our work. This familial connection and the sense of shared purpose helped us secure the “Best Family Owned Business” award at the Legal Growth Awards in April 2023.
The Latest Triumph
The latest chapter in our remarkable journey of success unfolded at the recent British Wills and Probate Awards – October 2023, and we couldn’t be prouder. This time, it was our invaluable team member, Jaimmie Poon, who stepped into the spotlight. Jaimmie was honoured with the award for “Paralegal / Support Team Member of the Year.” Her dedication to supporting our clients and our team, her meticulous attention to detail, and her unwavering commitment to our values made her a standout choice for this prestigious accolade and the independent judging panel spotted that. Better still there were 450 people gathered from across the profession, in Manchester who applauded her as she collected the award.
Highly Commended in Two Categories
But the accolades didn’t stop there. Confidence Wills received two highly commended recognition awards at the British Wills and Probate Awards on the same night. We were recognised as a runner-up in the “Will Writing Firm of the Year – Regional” category, underscoring our continued commitment to excellence at the regional level, and we’re now a national business due to continued growth and success in looking after clients. Moreover, we were acknowledged as one of the “Best Places to Work,” emphasising the strong sense of camaraderie, mutual respect, and teamwork that defines our workplace culture.
