Confidence Wills

Confidence Wills was founded Dr Simon Pearce (ASWW, MBA, PhD) to provide: Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and refers business to financial services/probate providers.

Simon was winner of a prestigious British Wills and Probate award for his practice in 2022 and Confidence Wills was voted ‘Best Family Law Firm’ in England & Wales at the 2023 Legal Growth Awards.

As a neuroscientist working with Alzheimer’s disease, chronic pain and stroke, Simon encountered families and patients facing enormous financial challenges. Many of which might have been mitigated, had affairs been put in order ahead of time (or been swiftly accessible).
